"I have been a motorcycle rider for 20+ years and have delt with every dealer in Cedar Rapids through the years. I will admit that I was a bit upset at first when I found out most of the dealerships had sold out to Mcgrath. I was concerned that because they had the monopoly in the area the prices would go up and the willingness to deal would dissapear.
I can say that I have been pleasantly suprised by your company. You are usually cheaper on parts ,accessories and riding gear than the dealerships you absorbed. You are willing to deal and treat me as a customer and not a number like I have seen at other dealerships. You have also made riding fun again with rides and events that make it a social experience to have a bike and not just an expence. I have gotten to know much of your staff through rides and always look forward to the next event. Keep up the good work."

"Jonah and the service staff, took on our Polaris atv,when the flood made it impossible to get to my Polaris dealer, they found the parts and got it running great, even though it was not something they commonly serviced, we use the machine to feed livestock,so it is really missed when it isn't working and we are sincerely thankful for the great service at a very reasonable price."
